Radisson Hotel Los Angeles Westside

Hotel is fine, but Travel online failed to note the $* parking fee. Be aware.

The hotel was great. The room was great. The staff was great. The only not so great thing is that they charge you for parking. We were there for 5 nights and that was about $* a day for parking. They shouldnt charge the hotel guests to park. Additionally, there was a wedding Saturday night, we got back to the hotel around 7pm and the parking lot was almost full. We decided to head out to dinner around 8pm and as we were walking to our car there were dozens of cars asking us if we were leaving so they can take our parking space. Needless to say, we decided to stay in that night in fear that we wouldnt have any place to park when we returned. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. All in all, not a bad hotel to stay in.

We stayed here for a few nights to attend the wedding of a friend. Others we know stayed about two miles closer to the beach, but not on the beach, and paid double what we did. It was a good value for the rate but kind of a cold and unfriendly place. Could use some carpet and plants in the lobby to warm it up a bit. The pool and spa area were like most big city hotels - tiny and not attractive. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Bed was a "sleep number" bed which seemed like a waste of money. Felt like we were sleeping on a big rubber mattress. We both would have preferred a good standard mattress... Overall, the hotel is a good value for the price.

Good price, comfortable room and great omlet station for breakfast! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent restraunt food. Room was OK. Getting a little old. Beds are horrible. Will try a different hotel next time.
