Bahama Bay Resort and Spa

Rooms nice but had a mold smell and had to have fans running at all times. Were surprised at check out with additional charges on bill. Cleaning fee $* and an amenity fee per day to cover phone, DVD rental, sports court, exercise room, pool etc. The fee is charged even if these were not used.

I have stayed at better places the condo was nice but the lani was to small for the size of the condo, and i did not like the fact that you could not take a cooler to the pool area you are forced to buy your beverages from the bar.we wanted to make breakfest and there was no frying pan.on a good note we stayed by the pool by the tradewinds the bartenders were very friendly and the food was good but the beer is to much money for draft. on saturday they had kareoke that was a lot of fun i don't know if we would stay again but for the price i guess you can't everything.

This was the best hotel for the price. I probably would have paid double what I paid had it not been for Travelocity and had Bahama Bay not been running a discount. Usually, when my family and I rent motel-hotels online, we are disappointed when we arrive. Even after seeing the pictures of this resort online, we were extremely pleased the minute we arrived. There was plenty of space for my family and I, the whole staff was very professional and curtious. More towels, bed sheets, pillows and blankets than we knew what to do with. This was our best vacation ever and staying at such a beautiful place as this was certainly a part of it. When we visit Florida again, we will not stay anywhere except Bahama Bay Resort and Spa. They have clients for life, and we will also find out if they have other resorts in other states and countries that they are affiliated with. This was a beautiful, clean, safe and fun home away from home that I highly recommend. We cancelled a day at the beach so we could take our boys fishing and swimming at this resort. Our stay was excellent, and I cannot say enough about this resort.

We wanted to get away for the weekend and found this resort on this site. The place was great. The staff was very friendly and they have plenty of things to do. The room were very clean and well stocked. We are planing on coming back.

The hotel was very nice, clean with the exception of a few carpet stains but otherwise we were very satisfied. My only frustration was a $6.95 charge per night that we were not told about until we checked in. This was an activity fee for the rental of movies and things like fishing poles and tennis rackets. We had no intention of using any of these but I rented a movie that I never watched just because I had paid for it. Just calculate that you will be charge * for cleaning and the extra per night of $6.95 into your rates and I think that you will not be disappointed. I just felt it was sneaky and a poor way of getting a higher rate than what is advertised on the travel sites. Give me the option....
