Bilmar Beach Resort

Got discounted rate for an entire week off-season in October. Rooms are great - they include a small kitchenette with refrigerator and two burners. On-site restaurant is sports pub style- very nice and huge portions, not sure if it really should be called "famous". Staff was great - could provide directions and information when asked. Very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is right on the gulf-side beach with full access to a huge beach area out the back door. Also easy to get to Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, and Tampa from this hotel's location. Free parking in the parking lot, though it was a bit small, so sometimes you end up across the street. I would stay here again.

We just spent a week at the Bilmar, be sure to get an ocean front balacony room.. you will love the view. The service was great, the rooms are clean and overall, everyone was friendly and always willing to help... plan on going back

We had never heard of The Bilmar Beach Resort or Treasure Island before finding them on Travel online, but now we will never forget it. Within a few short hours of arriving, we were talking about returning. Two pools, two restaurants, not to mention the great beach and view from the rooms! Very clean! Friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to many places to shop, eat and drink. Sloppy Joe’s has great food with large portions. Also plenty of water activities close by. We even saw dolphin swimming by while at the beach. We will be booking next year's vacation soon and we plan on staying at the Bilmar again!.

Only a 2 day stay, room were clean and set up just fine. No negatives and would stay here again,

Bilmar had great front desk service, room was in the tower building and it was old looking. The cleaning staff needed get on the same page with the other hotel staff and take alittle more pride in the job they do. The Bilmar grounds were very well maintained and the pools were great!
