The Pointe At Castle Hill

Just spent the night Oct 3, 2009. The room was wonderful, expecially after looking at rooms in nearby Ludlow, VT. Our room was clean, had what appeared to be new updated furniture, TV, and bed linens. The room was neat and clean and there were plenty of towels that were of a good quality. Overall we were quite impressed and glad we had found this hotel to stay at.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in October and were not disappointed one bit. When we arrived to check-in - they let us check in early and they upgraded us to what they refered to as ""the new wing"" Well, the new wing was a timeshare building and brand new. Granite counters, new appliances, one bedroom, living room, kind sized bath, kitchen and dining area. Everything was spotless. Even the shampoo and conditioner was from the spa on the premesis. The gym was brand new and the indoor pool area looked very clean as well. If you stay here - ask if any of the suites are available. They are beautiful! Oh, and how could I forget the best part: the fireplace and flat screen TVs.

We came back from a day of skying at Okemo to find our rm nt touched from the nite before.\nWe could have let it go if it had not been for the fact that when we asked for clean towels we were initially told they had none. We then insisted on new towels. We were given four only to find out after my son took a shower that they were dirty and used! We were told that they would give us free breakfast . We left that nite. We will seek relief fron American Express because the manager told us he would not refund our money. Find another place!
