Not bad for the price
The hotel room was nothing special, but a good value. Very close to the downtown section which was a nice place to walk around with plenty of places to eat.
A Dive
Smells like smoke. Suites separated by a thin door and you may get late, noisy, smoking guests with barking dogs as suite-mates. AC rages like a train. Speaking of trains, trains trains trains across the street all night. Exposed plumbing and dirty blinds in the bathroom. Extremely uncomfortable pillows Complimentary breakfast was okay, better than some. At least they had eggs and waffles. Desk service was friendly.
Grand Canyon
We used this hotel for a quick overnight trip on our way to the Grand Canyon. We arrived about 8pm. Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit tired looking. Wi-Fi service was easy and worked good and the setup for the desk area was great. We opened the windows because the room was a bit stale, and the bedroom window didn't lock or have a screen. Because we were on the 2nd floor and leaving very early, we didn't notify the front desk. Left at 3:30am, check-out also very quick and friendly. They offer a free hot breakfast from 6:30-10am that sounded good, but we had to miss it! This hotel was great for a quick trip. I'm not sure I would have wanted to stay for more than a night or two.
Inn Suites Hotel Aspen
Overall we enjoyed our stay. We loved the customer service from the hotel's employees, and the hot breakfast buffet in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the Bath and Body works soaps and lotions. The Hotel could improve by paying attention to small details like dusting above the five foot level. We hope to stay at the hotel again because for the price we slept and ate well.
Great place to stay
This hotel looked old and worn from the outside. But when we got to our room it had been newly remodeled on the inside. Granite countertops and a kitchen with dishwasher , full size fridge and microwave. There were two flat screen TV's which was awesome and a jacuzzi tub. The service was great and there was a free hot breakfast and a free social hour. It was a very nice place and close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants or neighborhood bars.
