Hotel Details

The resteraunt service was terrible, the front desk people were not friendly. I would not recommend this facility to anyone and wish I had not chosen to stay there. We waited over 40 minutes to have our order taken and the lines were too long in the morning for the continental breakfast, so we were unable to use it. Rude staff at both the resort check-in staff and the resteraunt made our stay very unpleasant. I would only rate this facility a 1.5 star!!

This hotel is right at the edge of the Grand Canyon. Be careful in booking because many other hotels claim to be near the canyon but they are over an hour away. The staff here was friendly. The rooms were very nice. Loved the indoor hot tub. Everything was well maintained. Only down side is that they need to replace their towels. They are old and graying. One additional negative is that the cleaning people ignored our do not disturb sign twice. I spoke to the manager about this and they immediately took action so hopefully it should not happen to someone else. Got a great price through travel on line - even the manager there said "I don't know how you got your room so cheap".
