Mandarin Oriental Miami

The service is absolutely impeccable! The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. You truly feel like you are "special". The room was very spacious (standard room) with a small stand up balcony, but the view was beautiful. The bathroom was an Italian marble marvel. My only problem was the furniture had not been properly cleaned of fingerprints (smudges) and there was dust on my television console and stand. That was a turn off. I actually had to leave a note for the maid to "remember" to dust and remove "smudges" on furniture. It was fully taken care of by the time we returned to the room that evening. The pool is small, but very clean and the pool staff is very helpful. The private beach (though there is no water to play in) has three cabanas and full size "beds" for nice and easy relaxing. The staff sets it up (fresh sheets, towels, etc.) for each person. Service at both areas is great! The food is expensive! Be prepared for a hefty bill if you eat there every day. Travel to South Beach is about $ each way. The beach and food is worth the trip at least a couple of days. The Blue Martini bar was also a pleasant experience. Girls, carry plenty of chic nightwear. I loved the place. Final word, the hotel has no, hear me, no entertainment. Lounge area is a corner of the lobby.

Finally a five star in Miami! From the moment I arrived the service was great! The staff was very helpful and courtious...not common in Miami! Trust me I stayed at both the local Ritz Carltons and I couldnt wait to check out!! I highly recommend this hotel...I enjoyed every minute! The pool relaxing fantastic views! Great sushi, drinks, everything met my expectations. I am already looking to book a return trip! Only one down side...I had to call housekeeping two days in a row to clean my room!

The Mandarin Oriental Miami is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel staff were plentiful and very helpful and courteous. Upon check-in, we were treated to a very warm welcome. The front desk person checked us in, then walked us to the elevator and pushed the button for our floor. \n\nThe room, pool and view were incredible! The location is great and only minutes from South Beach. I strongly recommend a stay at this fabulous hotel.

The Mandarin's hotel is a fantastic "infinity" pool. Also check out the private beach located adjacent to the pool. The hotel provides nice, private cabanas for lounging. Full bar service and sushi bar is available poolside and at the beach.

First off let me THANK the wonderful staff X...You are WONDERFUL. Y - thank you for the restaurant suggestions, A and B the service was superior. The room, view, pool, and just the overall atmosphere was BEYOND any other hotel experience I have ever before experienced. THANK YOU...I am spoiled..no other hotel will do. Once again THANK YOU.
