We stayed a couple of nights and found it much better than expected. The 2 bedroom suite was huge and included a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, a great jetted tub, DVD player, deck with fire pit, King, Queen and sofa bed (uncomfortable). First floor was a little noisy the first day with breakfast kitchen on one side and exercise room on the other. We moved upstairs to the second floor and had no noise issues even though we were next to ice and elevators. Quiet time is enforced (thanks) Breakfast was very high in carbs and lacking in protein. When we go again, I'll buy some microwave bacon or smoked salmon for the room and bring up a tray to compliment it from the breakfast area. (Which was a little crowded anyway. I think they want you to take it away.) Close to all the sights in Seaside. Had beautiful sunny weather the first day and wonderful Pacific storm the second. If you go to a NW beach for the sun, I don't know where you go (Sequim?). The storms are spectacular.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Oregon Coast. Great location of this hotel in close proximity to the beach and one block from the main strip and just a few short blocks to the Beach and Acquarium. Gotta feed the seals when you are there.

Bonfire on the Beach

Go to the store and pick up a bundle of fire wood (approx. $3) and have a bonfire on the beach. Don't forget to bring the marshmallows, hersheys chocolate and graham crackers to make some smoores. Makes for a romantic time or bring a few of your friends and have a party.

This hotel is new. They were still putting the finishing touches on the hotel during my stay, The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, and clean. The hotel is located about a block from the beach, but the town is very walkable. The staff were extremely helpful. They have a nice continential breakfast in the morning and free wireless internet. I would highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.
