Hotel Details

Thnk again before choosing this hotel! We were put in a basement room and the whole place was damp, the floor was even a little wet. We requested a room change and were put on the top floor, as far back as possible. Our view was of airplanes taking off. Room was still damp and musty. Charged for internet use, and do not offer wireless! The deadbolt on our room door was broken. I would look around before booking here!!

This place is great!!! Clean room, every amenity a business traveler could wish for. The room is well laid out. The tv is AWESOME large LG flat screen. the bed was just heavenly. The only tiny complaint i had was the heating unit was a bit noisy. The lobby has a computer center and the meeting rooms were lovely. The staff was fantastic, i got a free upgrade to the concierge level, and an early check in. The little store in the lobby had a really good selection and its very near the airport but you would never know, cant hear it at all!! Just a perfect place to stay. Next time i have to go to Rhode Island, i will stay there!

The staff and hotel accomadations were great,next time I know to ask for a room at the end of the hall as children running to the ice machine etc woke up my dog and had him barking,also other guests came in late 2am and he heard them and barked. overall the hotel was clean and staff was very helpfull oh and my husband enjoyed the pool and fitness area

We traveled with 3 small children and 2 teenagers and had a great vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything. The room service was quick and very reasonably priced. The beds were a big hit with our whole family - we wanted to take them home as they felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The indoor pool and workout room were a definite plus. Next tiime we visit, we will, without a doubt, stay here again.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Sheraton. It lives up to it's reputation for comfort. When I laid down on the bed it was such a wonderful experience. The sheets were a very high thread count and the mattress was outstanding. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff was helpful and hospitable. Thanks
