Hotel le Crystal Montreal

The Hotel le Crystal Montreal is located downtown in walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed from the lobby to the rooms. The earth toned lobby is modern zen with funky furniture, arranged in different seating areas. The suite my children and I stayed in was earth toned as well, neat, very clean, fun view of the city. The large bathroom was wonderfully done..I even helped myself to a bath..which I never do! Well-styled with impeccable taste! (With the exception of the hall carpet...HaHa.LOL). The front desk employees for the most part are young(20-30's).We asked the 'concierge' to recommend some eating places and directions to some different sites. They were very helpful, spoke in English and handed out maps to enhance their explanations. The stay was uneventful until I went to settle the bill and it was close to thousand dollars more than I was expecting to pay. It was their mistake(they upgraded my room) and did take care of the error immediately.

This was THE most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in... also the BEST location!
