Staff was excellent the front desk staff really took care of our needs. The new management is alot better than our 1st visit in august. The frontdesk girls were friendly and reliable. Housekeeping was awesome. Breakfast was great. The property is beautiful. It is better than its competetors and it comes at a lower rate. I LOVE IT!

Nice clean hotel. Like the decor. Good location. Very comfortable, good size rooms. Great beds. Everything looks new. Loved to have access to 2 computers in the business center. Pool area quite small. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Typical hotel stuff but nice with some hot choices insted of only ""continental"". One negative: the vaccum cleaner must be broken because the floors did not look like they had been vaccumed. Also lots of spots on the carpet in the hallways.

My mom and I came to Yuma to attend a funeral, we decided to stay at this new hotel called the Wingate Inn, we chose the Hotel, because it is new, and very near the restaurants and the Mall, etc We were very comfortable , and the hotel is decorated very beautifuly,very cozy. We used the pool and the hot tub, althought the hot tub was small, we still had a good time. Every one we delt with went out of there way and were very pleasant to us. Anytime we are back in Yuma, Wingate Inn is where we will stay.
