Excellent stay
This place was great!!. It had only been open for 10 months when I stayed there. I really liked that it was more like a condo unit and not a hotel. There were 2 separeate bedrooms with a flat screen in each. There was a kitchen complete with dishes and cookware and your own washer and drier. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. For the price, this was a great deal. I will definately stay there again.
Great place and location
This resort was pefect for us, we had plenty of room and the condo was clean and quite. Staff was polite and helpfull. It is located very closed to Sea World, a Publix and Walgreens. And if you like shopping, a Premiun Outlet Mall. Not far from Disney World either. The parking lot can get busy and hard to find a spot to park when returning late from the parks.
Good hotel, but could be better
Positives: Very clean and conveniently located near the theme parks, outlet shopping and grocery stores. Cleaning staff were good as well. Pool was well stocked with towels and very few people Negatives: The hotel blocks out most of the parking and provides 'complimentary' valet parking which slows things down considerably. Nothing but a 'tip grab' Chairs dragged across the floor is clearly heard on rooms above Used the computer to print out boarding passes (you pay $*/15 minutes) and one printer was out of order and the other had almost no ink. Buffet breakfast was a bust. You're better off getting a box of cereal and milk from Walmart. The buffet essentially had toast and cereal. The waffle machine was out of order.
Nice two night stay.
Our second visit to Lake Eve Resort was as good as the first. Great deal for a terrific suite. We took food to cook and spent our days at the parks but the room is perfect for a family and not far from the action. Definitely recommend this property for families that like the space and privacy that comes with a two to three bedroom suite.
Great place to stay!
The suite was spacious with a great lay out and feel. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget needed to make a family dinner, but yet very clean. The washer and dryer were louder than mine at home, so make sure you don't plan to run the dryer at night if you are sensitive to noises. The lined closet is stock full with extra towels and sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was extremely clean. House keeping came daily and were very friendly. My only complaints about our stay was the noise factor from the pool area at night. The setup of the hotel creates and echo for the rooms on the higher floors. There are also no black out shades on the windows or the living room area which makes it hard to sleep past sun rise in the morning. Overall, things were great and we would stay again, but maybe ask for a room on a lower floor. The location is on the quiet end of the I-drive and is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle.
