The Kowloon Hotel

Will return next time. A great place to spend 12 nights in a room with harbor view. Good services. Good solid value. A vacation, did not visit the business center and meeting rooms. Excellent location for public transportations - direct indoor hotel entrance to subway, bus stops near by. Right behind the venerable HK Peninsula Hotel.

Upon first arrival, greeted by friendly staff. Excellent lobby area, good location (close to shopping, ferry, starbucks on the corner). Kowloon isnt as English speaking as say Hong Kong Island, but no real troubles. I would say more value shopping in Kowloon vs Hong Kong Island (also stayed at Cosmopolitan Hotel in Hong Kong Island, you can check my review on that too). The place is centrally located to Metro, and a short walk to food, shopping, and ferry service. Rooms are small (no suprise for Asia), although modern and with all the creature comforts a western could ask for. Free internet in the room would have been nice. Will stay again, good hotel for sub $175 a night. I give it a 4/5 realistically.

Money exchang, shopping, food, and entertainment are a short walk away. This hotel will not dissappoint you no matter where you are from. Just dont expect the rooms to be spacious like most American or American International Hotels. WIll stay again!!! Happy customer. stayed for 7 days.

Very central to bus, taxi, train and ferry. Found the rooms very small with two of us (adult daughter and self) having single beds each, virtually no room to put luggage. Service was excellent. If you can handle the cramped room, I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms are about the size of a cruise ship cabin, but are very complete with all your needs. Geat location, staff, very clean and comfortable.

While the room was tiny and we had no view, for the price and location it was a great deal. The staff were very helpful, and kind. The beds were great, as was the tea, slippers, gown, and goodies provided in the room."
