The Riu Emerald Bay All Inclusive is located seven and a half miles from Mazatlan, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, on the Playa Las Brujas beach. It is 20 miles from the airport and six miles from various shops.

The hotel offers an assorted variety of culinary choices at its main restaurant, which features a buffet and live cooking, and its Mexican, Italian and steakhouse restaurants. A wide array of water sports and activities such as diving, kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing is available at the new resort, which boasts tennis courts and beach volleyball as well.
