El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa is perched on a cliff with the Caribbean Sea on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The architecture is a blend of Moorish and Spanish colonial. As a village modeled after San Juan, many of the property's open spaces are decorated with cobblestone streets, white stucco, terra-cotta buildings, and open-air plazas with plants, lamps, and sparkling fountains. The resort is located approximately 31 miles from the San Juan International Airport.

Half-day tickets may also be available during high-demand periods and holidays.
