The hotel's guest rooms and suites are elegantly laid out and provide a host of comforts for the weary traveler. Floors 14 through 21 were recently renovated from office space to oversized Tower guest rooms. Contemporary in style, with individual air-conditioning and heat controls for comfort, the rooms are filled with all the classic W amenities. Luxuriate in the famed W bed, replete with goose down comforter and pillows. The bath is stocked with thick terry towels and soothing toiletries. Relax to music on your own private CD player or with a movie playing on your 27-inch television. Rooms all include safes and irons as well.

Pets are welcome! Guests with pets will receive a welcome packet and pet-friendly in-room amenities, plus a selection of additional items and services available through the concierge. The hotel thoroughly cleans rooms after pets have been in the room so that future guests with allergies are not affected. There is a $25 per-night fee for staying in a room with a pet as well as a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.
