Deluxe air conditioned townhome condominiums located a half mile from the beach in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii's Big Island. Property was completed in 2004. Situated along the Beach Course golf course and upscale Kings' Shops offering exclusive boutiques, DFS duty free shopping, and fine restaurants. Contemporary Hawaiian plantation architecture with coordinating interior design.

Outrigger Fairway Villas guests check-in and check-out at Kings Shops Suite B-13. It's recommend that guests rent a car. Water activities are available for a fee. Guests receive discounted golf rates at the Waikoloa Beach and Kings' Course. Amenities include free parking, free local and toll free calls, free incoming faxes, fitness facility, pool, and hot tub.

This property offers two bedroom/two bath condos, 1100 sq. ft, which can hold six guests, (condos with lofts are 1250 sq. ft. and can hold a maximum of seven guest). The condos are equipped with one king, two twins with queen sofa. Some units have one king and one queen, but need to be requested ahead of time. Condos with lofts offer one king, one queen, and two twin beds as well as a pull out sofa. All units have fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, built-in microwaves, double-door refrigerators, and granite and marble countertops. Units also include stacked washers/dryers, lanais, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, dial-up internet access, CD players, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, and safes (fee). All units with lofts are located on the 3rd floor of the building and have a spiral staircase that leads up to a partially enclosed sleeping area.
