The Fairmont Pierre Marques is located approximately six miles from the Acapulco Airport and sits on Acapulcos Revolcadero Beach. Once the private hideaway of J Paul Getty, Fairmont has the Sierra Madre on one side and the Pacific on the other. The hotel can arrange various tours, including a bay cruise, city tour, and ecological tours. This location is also convenient to Roqueta Island, the zoo, Cliff Divers at La Quebrada, Laguna Coyuca, Nuestra Senora de la Soledad Church, Papagayo Park, San Diego Fort, and Yacht Club.

Resort amenities include tropical gardens and three pools. Guests can also enjoy the amenities of the sister resort next door at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess, including tennis, spa treatments, and nine restaurants.
