Located in Riviera Nayarit on the shores of Banderas Bay, Villa La Estancia is a new totally non-smoking property on this stretch of unspoiled beach.

This property features 135 deluxe suites, furnished in elegant Spanish Colonial style. Deluxe Studios feature two queen beds, and can accommodate up to 2 guests; One bedroom suites can accommodate up to 4 guests, and include a Master bedroom with King bed, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room; Two bedroom suites accommodate up to 6 guests, and feature a Master bedroom with King bed, two Queen beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. Suite accommodations include full kitchens, granite countertops, whirlpool tubs, private furnished balconies, and oversized living areas.

The resort also features the 17,000 square foot Tatewari Spa, which is designed to purify the body and spirit.
