Guests may take a dip in the whale-shaped swimming pool, which opens onto Kaanapali Beach. Equipment rentals for water sports, such as snorkeling and windsurfing, are available on the beach, and the Ohana Fun Center, located in the lobby, will set up all excursions and activities. Family activities, such as hula classes, flower lei making, and cultural lessons are available through the hotels activities program (free for children 12 years old and younger). The spa (10% off) features massage therapies and beauty treatments, and is located next to the hotels lobby. Dining options include the Tiki Terrace, featuring regional Hawaiian cuisine and free hula shows, the Kaanapali Mixed Plate Restaurant, the Tiki Bar and Grill, champagne brunches, $50 Dinner gift certificate at Gerards at Plantation Inn, and the Ohana Welcome Breakfast. The resort also offers on a fee basis computer and printer access for checking email and printing boarding passes. Everyone envisions themselves at a Tiki-themed bar with an exotic cocktail while in Hawaii. The Tiki Bar at Kaanapali Beach Hotel is the first and only outdoor Tiki Bar on Maui. You can take your picture alongside the largest tiki in Hawaii. Exotic cocktails blend beautifully with the relaxed open-air design of the bar. The Tiki Bar is famous for its Mai Tai, Pupule, and Tiki Tini cocktails, which compliment nicely the full selection of appetizers, salads, pizza and sandwiches from the adjacent Tiki Grill.
