The Outrigger Royal Kahana Resort features beachfront condominium units located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts, and is approximately 30 miles from Kahului Airport. Local attractions include Lahaina Town, approximately six miles away, and the Maui Ocean Center, located 20 miles from the property.

Guest's will arrive to newly renovated lobby and check-in area. Guest's may relax by the spacious sundeck, in the outdoor swimming pool, or in the sauna. Recreational facilities include tennis courts, table tennis, shuffleboard, barbeque and picnic areas, and a fitness center. The poolside cabana is available for rent, and a complimentary Mai Tai party occurs once a week. Other amenities include a tour desk, babysitting services, free coffee in the lobby, free parking, elevators, ice machine, kids' programs, laundry services, postcards, and a 24-hour front desk. Maid service on request (for a fee).

The Outrigger Royal Kahana will begin a project to waterproof and paint the outer side of the building facing the ocean beginning April 16, 2012.
Work will be carried out Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm, with the possibility of work on Saturdays during the same times. The project is estimated to finish at the end of July 2012.
