Some important information about your hotel.

What you should know:

• Guests must be 25 years of age to check in. There is a damage waiver fee of $44.60. Front desk hours are 8am - 6pm.
• Sterling Spring Break Policy - Age requirement is 25 years of age. IDs will be checked at the time of check in and will be strictly enforced. If we find that guests are not 25 years old then they will forfeit their reservation and no money will be refunded. Please call 1-850-238-8207 for Spring Break Security Deposit information.
