We had a great view of the Yampa River and was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Room was clean, nice size, and very cozy. We will be staying here for our trip next year! "Conveniently located to “downtown” shops/restaurants/bars. Shuttle bus stop outside for going to ski resort. Friendly staff. Older motel but well maintained (had just installed new cardkey door locks). Pet-friendly, as some guests had dogs with them. New building construction next door was only mildly disruptive and should be finished soon."
