"Check in was a breeze. Super friendly staff Tye property was in a great location with a car rental, cleaners and a mini market right next door Omg my kids love it Walking distance 3 different Bars, fast food places, Restaurants I mean everything was right there The room was clean. House keeping was On point the free breakfast was Nice the had a omelette Station fruit station papaya pineapples melons coffee natural juices topical Panamenian food as well as pancake s the pool Was a bit small but hey! we was out and about Almost every day enjoying the beaches, shopping so the small pool wasn’t a big deal. the view was espectacular as well from our room Torres de Alba we definitely would stay at this property again "

"Staff were good and polite. Very straightforward check in and check out processes. 24 hour reception and easy to pop in and out of hotel at all time. The room decorations looked a bit dated but everything was well maintained. It was very spacious, with good bed, air conditioning and shower. The location was good, with some restaurants nearby. Transport was good with Iglesia del Carmen metro station and metrobuses nearby."

"This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it has not disappointed. Everyone of the staff members, front desk (Pamela), breakfast staff( I didn’t get her name) and the cleaning lady-all were so kind helpful and considerate. They made me feel at home. I cannot imagine how this hotel can function without its staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was a variety of food and all was delicious. This hotel is located close to stores and the metro-it was easy to get around. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful. I will always stay here when I visit Panama. "
