We ended up having to pay a 10.00 check in fee a little bit after 2pm when check in was at 3pm. We were told that our room was ready therefore, there was no one that had to rush to clean the room. Not sure if the room was ready that we had to pay an extra 10.00 when the room was ready and we had traveled from out of town. Furniture in room was old and unsafe to sit in. Bathroom toliet had not been flushed.

Mask-less employees, sand in the bed, hair in the shower, employee' sleeping on the couch in the check in area where breakfast was opened up 30 minutes late. Never again will we visit this establishment.

Didn't even stay. There was no parking whatsoever in the parking lot and my girlfriend and i drove the 90 miles back home at 2am. We Didn't get home until 3:50 am. Very dissatisfied with the fact there wasn't even street parking or other designated parking besides their main parking that was totally filled up by the time we got back to the hotel!

Late July 2021, one night stay. You are NOT able to check in early at all. There was a line of about 5-6 people all checking in at the same time. I waited 26 minutes before I reached the desk to check in. There are NO public restrooms for early guests. Plan to find somewhere else to go and good luck, places are still closed due to Covid. They wouldn't even let my FIVE year old use the restroom. She had to hold it or go "somewhere else". Room 120 ground floor had many issues. The mirrored closet doors would not open/close smoothly. It would get stuck on the screws in the tracks. The upper lock peg...thingy, was very clearly broken from being flexed in the wrong direction and it would be an easy fix. We didn't even bother using the shower because eww; the wall was peeling right below the shower head. The bathroom door opened inward as it should, however there was very little room to squeeze into the bathroom. The edge of the door was within inches of the toilet. The room also echoed really bad and for those with sensitive ears/hearing(my husband), this could be an issue. Breakfast area is small. Menu was okay but nothing fancy. Staff should wear masks while handling food. Our check in and check out staff were NOT friendly. The morning guy was smoking directly outside the doors and the entire breakfast area and check in area smelled like an ash tray. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Both of these guys did NOT smile. We will not be returning or recommending this place
