I booked the hotel for my son and I to stay in for 5 nights for my birthday. Everything about the hotel is brilliant. The staff are very helpful and friendly, everything is kept nice and clean and the hotel itself is stunning. The Great Hall was our favourite room to relax in. The location is absolutely beautiful next to the River Dee. My highlight was spotting an otter on the river!

My stay at this hotel has become religious as I stay at least 1 night a month sometimes 2. It is an outstanding hotel with the staff extremely kind and helpful. The food is absolutely amazing. I can not recommend this place enough.

Me & my mum had a perfect stay here, the staff were really lovely and friendly let us know everything we needed. Rooms were very cosy & comfortable, we had breakfast in the morning which was great, would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing peaceful stay
