I had reserved our room online but upon arrival was told they had no reservation for me and all rooms were unavailable

Hotel room was clean and we're glad we upgraded to the suite. Plenty of room for the whole family to congregate while staying in Aberdeen. We had a smoke free room but the hallway smelled of smoke. In fact we saw someone walking down the hallway smoking. Ice machine was broken during our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to all of our requests. Decent place to spend the night if you need to get off the interstate although I would recommend you find another hotel if you are planning to spend any time in the Aberdeen area

It is very unfortunate that your stay here at the Super 8 in Aberdeen wasn't up to par with your expectations. Now, your stay is important to us along with your feedback. We are so sorry from some of the people who don't know how to follow hotel rules specially about smoking but we are working on it and also we just bought a new ice machine and its fixed now. And in any event, if you did give us another chance, please let us know how the room is right away, and I promise you, we will do everything in our power to ensure your stay is a pleasant one and that of a satisfactory one. Good price, clean room [if a bit cluttered with too much furniture]. Room was quieter than I had thought it would be, thought there would be more traffic noise. Bad was good, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was only okay, but nothing to complain about at this price.

As I was walking down the hall to my room, I had my doubts about this location because the hall smelled like smoke and it was not an appealing hall; however, once I got to my room, it was all good. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night’s sleep.

The room had an odd smell and it was missing a light bulb for one of the lights. The shower sprayed everywhere. The AC was really good and the beds were very comfortable. Had microwave and frig which was good. also had a safe which I didn't use. Price was cheap and good for one night.
