The shower had mold the staff unfriendly the food marginal at best and my computer wifi was hacked and is locked - never stay there again

I’m not sure how people are rating this place at a 4? It’s a maximum a 2.5. Our check in time was 2 pm and we arrived at 1:45, but unfortunately the front desk said they would not start the check in process until 2 pm. Unfortunately, when it was time to check in she said that our room was not ready and would call us when it was. She never called with the notification. The room seemed clean, but needing updating. The heater also smelled weird when we turned it on.

Close to ACU campus, but not walkable. Was great place to use as a base for the ACU Homecoming. Coming back next year!
