Nice place, great location, kind host but a bit difficult to communicate
Lots of great things about this place: lovely views from the window, the apartment is clean, central location (right next to a beautiful park), and the host is very kind Some things to keep in mind: the listing had a typo on the address (144 vs 114) at least for me, check-in is in person, and if may be hard to communicate if you don’t know French

Ne correspond pas du tout à l'ambiance des photos Abritel, état insalubre, vaisselle dépareillée et incomplète, frigo en piteux état, pas cafetière...accueil peu courtois intéressée uniquement par l'argent, pas du tout intéressée par la qualité de service. Un logement plus proche du squat!

Une catastrophe
Logement non conforme à l'annonce. Par contre le photographe est un pro ! Très mauvaise communication avec l'hôte. Saleté, des meubles bancales, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (par ex une cuillère à café), aucune porte qui ferme, des draps troués, absence de chauffage dans la pièce en bas, fenêtres qui ne ferment quasiment pas, toilettes dégoûtantes, impossible de tenir debout (je ne mesure qu' 1m56) dans une baignoire petite, sale, mansardée et sans rideau de douche ni porte de sdb qui ferme etc... UNE CATASTROPHE
