Should be demolished!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Macedonia Ohio. It was near a National Park where we were horseback riding.
My room smelled of smoke so bad I couldn't have slept there. They gave me another room and it smelled of smoke too. The new room as well as the first room were incredibly gross. Dirty, miss matched broken thrift store furniture. The bed spread weighed a ton and was very dark and dirty looking. the pillow cases and sheets where yellowed. The ancient ac unit was so dirty I didn't want to turn it on and blow the dirt around the room. It is a dump. It is a place that gets rented by the hour. I picked up my belongings. Went to the front desk and got my money back and went to the hotel next door. The staff gave me no trouble about it. I felt it happened a lot.

Nope Nope Nope

Pros: Nothing.
Worst experience ever. I've done the motel thing to save cash before, but nothing... I repeat... NOTHING prepared me for the stained sheets, hair, and excessive dust everywhere. We got in around 3 in the morning and tried not to take too close a look when we realized the conditions of our room. It had been a stressful day of travel and we learned our lesson not to skimp when it comes to hotel accommodations. I wish we had turned around right then and informed the staff this wasn't acceptable, because they did seem nice enough, but there just wasn't enough fight left in us after the trip. I had originally booked two nights, but we left first thing in the morning. Since the rooms were pre-booked, I have to figure out the reimbursement myself. Lesson learned.

This hotel gave me what I needed.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
I was looking for a very cheap hotel with a bare bones room and a clean bed to sleep in. I was a little taken aback when seeing the hotel (more of a motel). The outside grounds are not well cared for. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were laundered. The bathroom was passable at best. Since I knew I would not be spending much time in my room, my requirements for my stay were met. It is by no means luxury, but, you get what you pay for.
