Likes easy check in, Dislikes if you move the mattress away from the head board you will find all sorts of hair dust it was dirty. Lastly I did find a bed bug eventually it will be a problem

The carpeting was filthy. Our clean white socks were black after walking across the floor. We had a handicapped room and the hand held shower attachment fell off the wall and hit my husband as he was trying to shower. It hit him on the head and arm. He has black and blue marks on his arm. Will not recommend this motel to anyone. Shower chair was dirty on the bottom.

What a hidden gem! Nestled between a lovely neighborhood and a huge gas station/convenience store, Super 8 is moments from shopping, restaurants and main travel roads into Cleveland. The price was fantastic and the rooms were GREAT - clean, cool, with HBO, fridge, coffee-maker and microwave. The walls between rooms were thick and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe there. I go to Cleveland periodically to visit the RR Hall of Fame. I have stayed in various hotels in downtown and farther out. This one is the farthest out I have ever stayed, but it is the one I shall go back to time and again. It took about 15 minutes to get downtown afterwards, I could head back out to lots of eating/shopping options and a lovely, relaxing room. The location is perfect, the accommodations were excellent and the staff was great!

Convenient to the highway.

Pros: First time in a Super 8. Very comfortable and clean.
Location: Lots of choices for quick meals.
Staff were polite and helpful. We needed to leave about 1 hour after regular checkout for a funeral. It was so helpful to be able to just wait in our rooms until the time came to travel to the funeral. Thanks!

Would recommend

Room was clean and staff was friendly. We did not partake in the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Others have stated the mattresses were old and in need of replacing, however, ours were in excellent condition. Location has great access to freeways, less than 20mins to Cleveland and 30 mins to Medina. The price was perfect for our needs (a place to sleep and clean up) while visiting the area attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

Pretty good for the price.

This place is clean, in a quiet location and inexpensive. The only negatives were I could hear the footsteps above me and the bathtub stopper didn't work so I had to settle for a shower.

Great Place and Great Value

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Staff was very polite and friendly. I booked a smoking room and it was one of the cleanest smoking rooms I have ever seen , so much so I had to do a double take. Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Free wireless internet in each room. A great value too !!!!!!!!!!

A place to lay your head

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Poor breakfast, not clean
This hotel did not compare favorably to other Super 8s that I've stayed in, in the past. It was not very clean, and the free breakfast in the morning was very minimal.

great hotel for the price

staff was friendly from the start... rooms were clean, free wifi, the free continental breakfast was good... the young night shift employee was very nice and helpful
