The beach and adjoining bay were teaming with fish and underwater life. Snorkeling was excellent! We saw something new every day. The buffet was very good with plenty of variety. The Japanese restaurant stood out from the rest. Every night there was a different performance at the theater pavilion, and we were well entertained. After 10 days we felt a connection with the performers. However, there is a bat problem high in the roof area, where there is a confluence of beams. Anyone sitting under these areas is subject to a showering of nuts and chewed bat food, as well as, yes, bat poop and pee. We spoke to the theater manager about it and he assured us that a resolution is in the works. However, the next night there was no change in the seating arrangement that would prevent guests from sitting in the areas. Worse, a mother and her baby stood in the area for 15 minutes with no advisement about the problem. Not sure if these people care. It was a downer for us, but otherwise, I guess we would return. Rooms and cleanliness were very good, no complaints.

Need newer mattresses. More areas with mirrors & outlets in the room. Thankful for the huts, umbrellas, chairs, hammocks & beach equipment available. We enjoyed the live entertainment that was provided nightly, various restaurants and coffee shop. We enjoyed the fresh fruit offered daily.

Do not go, AC doesn't work. If it rains you have to walk in it, the golf carts are not allowed to give you a ride. I will never return

Please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconvenience you suffered during your stay, and I am very sorry that we have not been able to exceed your expectations. All your comments are valuable to detect our areas of opportunity. In reference to the comments with the car service to move within the complex, I would like to tell you about the operation of the same; we have a car for the transportation of guests to your room in the check-in process, and at the end of your stay, at check-out for the collection of luggage to the reception. Similarly, it is important to emphasize that we have transportation within the complex, where the end of the route is to the Spa; the collection time is every 20 minutes for the complex; the transportation of that car is Hotel-Spa, Spa-Hotel passing through common areas and makes the tours as well mentioned, every 20 minutes. We hope that despite of this situation you afford us the opportunity to serve you again and demonstrate you how wonderful a stay at the Grand Sirenis can truly be. Finally, I hope that the good moments lived in the hotel can be stronger than the bad ones, and have the opportunity to exceed your expectations in a future. Beautiful resort. Rooms were very clean and nice, and we had a great view of the ocean. Staff were all great. Food was one of the best for all of the all inclusive resorts we've been to. Only downside is that it is far from the airport. Takes an hour plus to get there.

property was basic. Not enough décor of the culture on the resort. Everything was about making money. The service at the bars and restaurants was very slow.Only if you tipped the bar tenders would you get better service. This is not typical in an all inclusive resort. The food was never at the correct temperature. The Beach was very dirty and smelled terrible. Would not recommend this resort. The Sirenes in Punta Cana is better resort

I liked everything about this resort from the beautifully rustic and natural environment to the kids area and restaurants. The gorgeous walking paths through the jungle with all kinds of animal life was spectacular. We will definitely be returning.
