The front lobby is nice and clean..smells nice, as soon as you go into the locked door to get to the rooms it's a whole disgusting world. People smoking in the halls. Rooms smell of cigarettes. Even a couple times could smell marijuana! Got no sleep due to people in the hallway all night yelling and smoking in the hallway outside the rooms. Worst place I have ever stayed and would not stay again. I wouldn't have stayed but they would have charged us for our room to cancel. DoNot Stay Here!

At first, it seemed ok, was there for two nights. I was in room 210, and other than needing an update the only initial issue was the smell of weed on the ENTIRE floor. One the first night, the sink (without me using it) backed up and appeared clogged with debri and red liquid. I notified the same person who checked me in. It took over a day and two more trips to the front desk to get it fixed. It was unusable. The room itself was barely clean, looked like housekeeping only surface cleaned. I mean, long black hair in the tub that can be seen with the naked eye? This was all small compared to the bedbugs. At this point, I flipped out and had to leave. I did alert the front desk. NO APOLOGIES what so EVER. She just said I'll let the manager know. So I gave her the bug as proof so there were no questions. It was just a really bad motel. One that I ended up losing my stuff over as I was not bringing bugs home with me.
