The registration desk had only one person on Saturday night, so you had to wait a long time to get any questions answered. The toilet had very low water pressure. The vending machine was broken. The room was clean.

Normally most hotels have check in at 11 am. Not disclosed by this one had check in at 3 pm but did not account for 4 hr check in at 3 pm and still had check out at 11 am. Ok. Read the check in doc that if any damages will charge my cc for 500. Ok. Got to room they assigned me to and panel curtains where torn like a cat clawed down them table near window was broken from main frame chair near tv had arm that was broken frame lamp shades where torn and so all the wall paper in the the main room had damage the tub had a orange brown stain that was covered by a bathroom floor mat. Disingenuous when i checked out and when told clerk of room deficiencies who was and same that checked me in said "i know" if my cc gets charged above and beyond my debit amount I booked with travelocity after disclosing the room deficiencies I will let all know that this ramada is substandard and not to spend $ here and not to depend on travelocity for unbiased travel recommendations.

We are proud to offer comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation at the most affordable rates in the New York State Capital's region. The hotels industry worldwide is usually check in time by 3 or 4 PM and check out time between 10AM-12PM. You never rent the room for 24 hours. Our damages policy is to prevent damages on smoking inside the hotel. Thank you for not doing that, and your account wasn't charge. We hope to see you soon again among our satisfied guests.

This is located in an urban area in severe decline. When you are pulling into the parking lot the first tip off is the broken down and rusting hotel vehicles left in the first row. This was a beautiful hotel 25 years ago when I stayed for a wedding. I doubt it has been remodeled since. My room had holes in the walls, old torn carpet and the toilet barely flushed. Based on the other clientele I ran into in the hallway they should have an on-site parole office and a urine test sample lab. I left after the first night because I thought I’d be safer sleeping in a rest area on I 90. Spend and extra few bucks and stay somewhere else, you’ll sleep better. PS I’m still waiting for the $100.00 incidentals charge at check in on my credit card to come off. It’s been weeks and two calls to the front desk have not produced a refund.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was fine, if a little old. Well, I don't think they've fixed or replaced anything since then!
