What information did the front desk not know? The A/C has not been switched over yet from the winter settings, very sorry for that. On our website it does state that the Water Park is only open on the week-ends. It opens fully Memorial week-end thru Labor Day week-end. Our restaurant was under a total remodel. Thank you for your concerns. We hope you can come back again when everything is fully opened

Good lake views. Friendly staff. We paid a resort fee, but the restaurants and gift shop were closed as was the splash park. Quality of coffee and toilet paper could be improved.

Thank you for staying with us, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. The gift shop is privately owned, and unfortunately when the resort is slow during the week-day, we sometimes can't have our restaurant open, due to staffing. We apologize for that inconvenience.

First off the staff were wonderful! That can make such a difference. Our room was more spacious than expected, and we were able to spend some time in the pool, hot tub, and on the tennis courts. I felt comfortable despite Covid as everyone was required to wear masks when appropriate. We enjoyed the food in the lounge, and ended up chatting with the bartender for quite a while. Overall very enjoyable experience!

I didn’t like that when I booked my room it didn’t include the waterpark. I had no idea as it say pool include! Also our heat register was locked in on high hot!! Our room was a sauna! We shut it off completely and opened the door to cool off the room and it was below zero. We couldn’t turn the heater back on at all so ended up being chilly over night! Thank God for blankets!! The rooms need to be updated especially the bathrooms! The beds and pillows were comfortable however so that was nice! They restaurant was so slow we sat there for over an hour for our food! And we only ordered burgers and kids meals! Then took another hour to pay due to the checks being wrong and the waitress never coming back!!

My first room "Family" room smelled like a dairy barn upon entering it. Opened the window and turned up the AC hoping that would make a difference...it didn't. Asked housekeeping if they had some kind of room deodorizer they said they didn't. I then went down to front desk and told them that our room smelled. They moved us to a room that was much better but smaller. I am sure I am not the only one that has complained about the smell. It was a family reunion and no-one else room smelled like ours.

Disappointed

We arrived in town at noon for a family reunion in which all family was staying at the Arrowwood. Other family members called us ahead and said none of us could get into our rooms until at least 3-4 PM so we went to join our family reunion. When we checked in at the hotel for our 2 night stay, we were told that we were the last to check in, there was a flood in one room and therefore they did not have a room for us. We guaranteed a 2 queen bed room for 3 of us for 2 nights. The hotel front desk was very nice and said the Arrowwood would put us up at their expense at another hotel. However, all hotels in town were booked and the best they could do was place us in a motel 15 minutes away. With no other choice, we accepted. The motel was 30 miles away. When we arrived at the motel 30 miles away, it was not up to standards. The motel clerk said they had authorization to provide us with 1 room with 1 bed for 1 night. After insistence, they called the Arrowwood and we were provided a 2nd room with 1 bed for 1 night for our 3rd person at Arrowwoods expense. For the 2nd night, we left our reunion early and drove part way home, staying in another hotel. The Arrowwood had all our contact information so it would have been helpful to have known about this situation prior to our check in, or have the Arrowwood already have secured a room instead of waiting until we arrived for check in; therefore possibly salvaging a stay in town and for 2 nights.
