The shuttle was very useful and very quick. They will take you to many places in Alexandria. Breakfast was good and parking is free. We loved the room with a separate area with a fold out couch. Great hotel and great staff!

Nice hotel with awesome breakfast options for turkey meat. Since it was my first visit I would have liked something in the room that told you about close restaurants & things to do nearby. Lastly ensure rooms are free of hair. There were long strands of hair in the bathroom & on the sofa. That should have been picked up.

My favorite part was Joe the morning person at the counter. He was so professional and nice. He made our mornings! The only part we had trouble with was our beds. They will soon need to be replaced because the mattresses are breaking down in the middle. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and the shower gel!!!!! Great choice!

The Hotel is great! I will definitely book again in the near future. Close to Old Town and close enough to DC but not that close as to have all the traffic right outside your room. Area is safe. Families walking and riding on bike trails, park nearby for the kids.

Great Room, Clean- Pillows too soft

Pros: everything
Cons: firmer pillows
Location: easy location to get to all areas of DC and Virginia
Great room, great staff the only issue was the pillows were too soft for my taste and the extra blanket was a bit smelly but other than that it was a great stay

They provided a shuttle it was close to Metro

The overall experience was great I had an excellent time the staff was excellent the hotel was great I would recommend it.

Wonderful hotel close to Washington, DC

Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff. Attractive hotel, comfortable beds.
Cons: Maybe having a water bottle or two left in the rooms
Great hotel, close to Washington DC, looking forward to visiting again.

Clean perfect location

My stay at tbe hotel was only for one night, my husband and I have daye night and wanted to relax. We had the worst luck due to rhe noise above us, A CHILD RAN FOR 2 HOURS AND we calked the hotel and nothing. Other that that every one great staff and room waa clean. If we has to sign for no noise policy I hope the got there 250 from them.
