Cozy Cottage on a All Sport Lake, Grand Rapids Area

Fun and Comfortable Lake House. Deck is directly over the water, Dock (when in season), Sleeps 6, Full Kitchen, Furnished - New Paint, Carpet. 15 minutes from Shopping, 20 minutes Downtown Grand Rapids. Sunsets are Special and will be a memory you can all share. Parking for up to 4 cars. Firepits. Fireworks on Lake 4th of July weekend. Perfect place for ice fishing in the winter.

During the months of November through March, we provide additional discounts for more than a 4 week stay. Please contact us if you are looking for more than 4 weeks and we can get you a discounted rate.

Cute simple cottage
My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway for his 40th birthday. We basically used it as home base as we explored the area during the day. It's a simple cottage but with a beautiful view. On our last night there, there was a big geomagnetic storm and we were so blessed to go out on the dock and watch the aurora for an hour and a half. It was the perfect location and the perfect end to our mini vacation.

This property was beautiful and clean. In a discreet area with a wonderful view. Perfect for family outing. Inside was clean. Furniture a lil out dated and couches had old smell/ but other than that. It was very comfortable and we felt welcomed. Would visit again

Catching up with our kids on the lake
We drove in from Pittsburgh so see our son and his new fiancé. This is the first house we have ever entered that literally had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture inside and out, plenty of kitchen space and appliances, A KEURIG which is important, soap, shampoo and toiletries available, and a beautiful view. The hosts are very responsive and communicate well. The house was very clean, and we tried to leave it as clean as we found it. Perfect space to catch up with the kids, while feeling like we were in a home and not a rental or hotel. We will absolutely be back, and would recommend the property and hosts to everyone!
