The girl at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly so I would give her a 10 out of 10. The problem is that after 16 hours of driving with a 6-month-old and my wife we checked into our hotel we thought around 10: 00-10:30. It took an hour for them to get the room open for us so that we could go in and sleep We were so exhausted. First they thought it was the batteries and then there was something wrong with the door it just wouldn't open with the card. Finally the handyman got a pry bar and hammer and open the door so we could get in and sleep. This took about an hour to do. People we worked with were kind and we have no complaint about them but this was a miserable experience and there should be an extra room available for when these kind of things happen we were told it was fully booked and it was either that room or nothing.
