Walls are thin so you can heat your neighbors. Bugs in the room. Beds are hard as a rock. Pool and hot tub are very dirty and the TV didn’t work and took me asking a couple times for them to fix it. Do not recommend

Nothing to like about this hotel, starting off with the leaking AC. The whole floor in front of the ac unit was soaking wet. The lights flicker when they’re off. Hand prints on mirrors from kids we don’t have… hence the lack of cleaning. Beds were dirty full of sand and dirt the first night. We requested new room but supposedly the hotel was sold out. We were told that either the room was going to get cleaned next morning or that we could get a different room. But neither one was done. Second day the room was not cleaned. Didn’t vacuum or sweep. Beds were made but with the same bed sheets and blanket. Night staff did not know what to do. He wasn’t giving us options and seem like he didn’t care about the situation. Also, there are roaches throughout the hotel, Big nasty roaches. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend the extra bucks on something more comfortable.
