This property needs updating. The only baggage cart available looks broken that we have to move our luggage individually. The furnitures look old, some drawers looks stained/greasy. I got towel that has black stain, and when I asked for another one, I got a very worn off towel with yellowish stain that looks more like a rug. “Breakfast” was just muffin, oatmeal, cereal, that can be bought from convenience store.

As we arrived at the hotel we found out that both our debit card and credit card had fraud activity on them. We had enough cash to oay for the hotel, but it woukd have left us with no extra money. The hotel manager was so nice and understanding, he let us pay for one night so that we could go to our local bank branch the next morning and straighten everything out. We will definitely staying at this hotel again. They ate very nice, the whole staff.

Very loud

Spa didn't work. Lots of maintenance needs done. Once the fireworks from Disneyland starts it's so loud it's like your in a war zone. Your right on the street so it's constant noise from traffic, makes it hard to sleep. People from other rooms have no respect for people sleeping and stand in front of doors being loud. You go cheap and this is what you get. We will not stay at this location again.

Days Inn

Pros: It was fairly close to Disneyland, but not as close as the website stated.
Cons: Upgrade the overall look of the hotel. Need to have more and better parking for the guest(s). Create a breakfast room with more variety of items.,
I was very disappointed with the parking. Bathroom needed to cleaner. The overall look of the hotel needed to upgraded. Breakfast was NOT what it stated to be. No room for sitting, must ask for milk and other items. No variety of breakfast food!

Pay $20 more and stay somewhere nicer

Pros: Not much.
Cons: I would start with new mattresses. I couldn't sleep because the bed springs were jabbing me in the back. Put some juice out with breakfast.
Location: Disney is "right across the street." But it's the back side of Disneyland, and you have to walk all the way around (25 minutes) to get to the front.
You know the old saying "You pay for what you get?" It exists for a reason. We booked this room based on the fact it was the cheapest hotel we could stay close to Disney. It is right next to Disney - right next to the BACK. You have to walk all the way around Disney to get to the front gates - a 25 minute walk. In our room, we could tell had the front door replaced. How could we tell? The replacement door wasn't the right size, leaving a 1-inch gap where sunlight, noise, and possibly even a peeping tom eye could get in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture didn't match - almost like it was bought on consignment. "Continental breakfast" was one of the worst I've ever had. Besides bad coffee, you had 3 choices: Frosted flakes, Raisin bran or a small individually-wrapped muffin. The man at the front desk was friendly enough, but this is just an ancient hotel, never been updated that I could tell, and not a comfortable stay.

It's a bare-bones hotel, but it looked clean, and everything worked.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, close to disneyland
Cons: shampoo without conditioner
They unfortunately subscribe to the idea that "conditioning shampoo" is a good thing, and for me and my long hair that tangles easily- it's not. I need an actual conditioner, so next time will have to bring my own. But it was clean, the heater worked, it was nice and quiet, the alarm clock woke me up when I needed to be awake, the front desk guy was helpful and polite, and it's walking distance to Disneyland.

a third world experience in so cal..

Cons: Noisy
This hotel is old, filthy, and located under the overpass to Disney parking. The parking lot is unbelievably tiny, the rooms are outdated and smell like a Vegas brothel. Pay the $20 more for a decent hotel closer to Disneyland!

It was close to the park, but that's about it.

If your looking for an inexpensive place that is close to the park, to store your stuff and shower, this is for you. The parking garage is in walking distance, and you can take the tram from there to the front entrance. Other than that.... you get what you pay for, and you don't pay much. So there you are..

Great Base camp for Disneyland visits

Pros: value, staff
Cons: tough towels, small pool and hot tube
We just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel, check in was easy, staff was friendly and things went without a hitch. Parking was not an issue even though two nights the hotel was sold out. Rooms are a little dated and carpets like most average hotels in this area could use a cleaning but in general the room was in fine operating condition. The fridge was a little bigger than a beverage size and worked well just like the AC and shower. The tub/shower was clean and updated with good water temp and pressure. The TV was a little old but worked okay to catch the news etc.. The cleaning staff found a necklace buried in the bedding which had slipped off my daughter’s neck in the night and carefully laid it out on the night stand. Breakfast consists of coffee tea, juice and store provided danish and toast, nothing fancy and I think the cups were Alice in wonderland size (small). There is an AM/PM right across the street to meet other quick food needs. The hotel wasn't as noisy as I have read about on other posts but also isn't the quietest either, motorcycles with loud racing engines could be heard but nothing abnormal. Kids traveling by our room in the outside corridors were sometimes a little noisy but nothing a more conscientious parent couldn't have controlled. We didn’t use the pool or the Jacuzzi, but it was very small and not being cared for very well, but it may just be because it was cooler and I never saw anyone in it. Internet worked okay but we did find the closer to the door the better the reception. Finally, the walk to Disney trams wasn't bad at all, about 7-11 minutes depending on the crossing signals. We did find that on the way home we could walk across the parking garage 2nd floor and down through the employee parking lot which was about 5 minutes faster and easier walking. The gaurd at the entrance to the employee parking lot did tell us we were not suppose to be permitted to cross the employee parking lot one morning on our way in, but allowed us to do so that day. We never tried to enter that way again but did come home each time that way and they never questioned us as we walked by... You can walk directly to downtown disney but it will take an extra 7-10 minutes and who wants to add more steps to thier day... the trams were fast even during peak times, never had to wait more than 5 minutes..
