When we ran out of tissues and went to get more, they were out. When we went to get ice, the machine wasn't working. Breakfast was a granola bar, an apple, and a "raisin snail."

Guests whom stay up stair could make down stair guests sleepless. Parking is very small so bigger vehicle needs to prepare.

This was mine and my fiancé’s first time going to Disneyland and we thought this hotel would have been perfect for us in various ways as it was close to the park and had free shuttle. We arrive around 11pm from driving 6 and a half hours away to walking into our hotel room and running to the restroom to use it after a long drive and while walking in what do I see? A COCKROACH!! Now we’re terrified, so we search the room to see if there’s more. We pull off the blankets to see a whole bunch of crumbs of food and hair in the sheets, crumbs all over the floors and it was just so disgusting! We immediately went downstairs to the front office and waited a while for someone to come to the window (due to the lobby being closed) as the worker had his headphones in and didn’t hear us for a while. He accommodated us and gave us another room which was a little cleaner then the last one but we were scared to put our heads on the pillows and scared to lay on the bed. We slept with jackets to be safe since we’re pretty sure they’re not taking COVID precautions with cleaning. I can honestly say I will NEVER return to this location.

Location was great, room was great, breakfast was great. Just a tip to anyone else who brings food for the next day check the refrigerator to make sure it's on or cold enough to keep your food. Ours was not and it ruined everything. We will definitely go back just need to check next time.
