Our room smelled like an actual SEWER! We told the staff but I guess nothing to be done as hotel was booked. We had two rooms and the other room did not smell. They also had some unknown work going on and I had just fallen asleep when I jumped out of my bed because it was so loud when they started drilling. The front desk did not know of any construction they had going on. We also purchased our tickets at the hotel lobby but their printer ink was so faint we had difficulty when we got to the park. I was concerned about it when I saw them (the bar scan code was ultra faint) but the gal at the desk said they were out of ink. We had purchased four tickets this way and so when we went to the park the attendant had to manually enter the long ticket numbers as they would not scan. Lastly, I had called down for extra towels and a spare toothbrush. After 20 minutes I had to call again. It was nice they had a spare toothbrush available. On the POSITIVE side. The staff were all EXTREMELY NICE! Everyone I encountered was wonderful!!! Their complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic, parking garage was well lit, easy access to hotel floors via elevator and it felt secure. Also great location and walking distance to Disneyland and the restaurant area ( p f changs, fire and ice, etc). I would stay here again and pray I didn’t get the stinky room!
