The staff are super friendly and my room was clean. But the room is dated. They upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite. But it smells slightly stale. The plug in the bathtub doesn't work so my options were shower in the bathroom or bathe in the jacuzzi in the living space. I took a shower but the valve is worn out and it keeps turning after it's off. Turning the water off required paying attention to what I was doing. One of the lamps it coming apart and it shorts out. It seems like a bit of a fire hazard.

Perfect family size rooms, friendly staff, close to theme parks , always had parking, definitely will return.

Friendly staff, hot tub was great at night but looked a little yucky in the day time. Bathroom sink leaked. Over machine locked after hours by the pool. Drip coffee machine missing pieces, called for another and they never brought. Cheaply priced, I would stay closer to Disneyland next time

They dont offer ironing boards and irons even though it says they do. Tv didnt work and i let staff know and they never went to fix it. Also there were no phones in the rooms, whenever we needed anything would have to go to the front desk to ask.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, bedspread had makeup on it, cigarette burns on comforters. Trash and masks were left behind from previous guest. It was not clean at all. Arrived at 8pm for check-in and felt very unsafe.
