Our room(s) were dirty everywhere we looked. We rented a family suite with a King bed and two Queen beds for our family of 6. We went to turn on the light and the lampshades were stained and falling apart at the seems. The rooms were hot and stuffy so we went to open the windows and there were no screens on the windows. The curtains were falling off the track, stains everywhere and a them smelled. The walls had "stuff" wiped and splattered throughout both rooms. The headboards on all three beds were filthy. We pulled back the sheets to go to bed and the sheets had holes in several places. The mattresses were terribly worn out and they created a valley when we laid on them. The pillows were old and lumpy. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower curtain was stained yellow, the walls had mold and there was blue toothpaste in several spots. The carpet was dark so its hard to know how clean it was but there were several holes in the carpet that went down to the wood. The table/desk looked like it hadn't been cleaned and had thick grim between the glass and wood. We plugged in our phones to be charged behind the TV because that was the only visible outlet box and the entire electrical outlet box came out of the wall because it wasn't attached to the wall. The "free" breakfast was a joke. The hard boiled eggs were the "freshest" thing offered and they had grey yokes. We didn't expect luxury accommodations for the price but we did expect a clean room.

Tv remote was sticky. Batteries were held in with tape, as the back had been lost. No clock. Only one ice machine for entire property that was out of order. Walls so thin we could hear everyone in any nearby room. Front desk clerk talked both quiet and fast so i couldn't understand him. He didn't explain things well when i asked a question. Overused pillows so thin that they need replaced. Complimentary breakfast is oatmeal, muffins, and waffles. Severely overpriced for this kind of service and cleanliness. The booking pictures make it look so so much nicer than it actually is. I will never recommend this place.
