This hotel was decent but there was one major thing that added up to a mediocre experience.
One amenity we were really looking forward to was the shuttle to Disneyland but it never stopped at the hotel while we were there. The morning we got there, the front service staff sold us a shuttle day pass ($6 each person) and pointed at the shuttle stop directly in front of the hotel. We waited and waited there until we looked up the shuttle website and it turns out the shuttle was not stopping at the Wyndham that week. We understand that the shuttle is run by the city of Anaheim and not the hotel, but we wish we were given some heads up that the shuttle doesn't stop at the hotel some days. I called the hotel various times asking about the shuttle and this was never mentioned. If we had known that, we would've stayed at a hotel with a consistent shuttle stop.
Now the hotel is approximately 14 minutes walking distance to Disneyland which isn't considerably far. But when you're exhausted after hours of running around Disneyland all day, that walking distance feels much longer and more exhausting.
The hotel itself isn't too bad and free parking is a great amenity. The room was pretty clean and the bathroom was really nice.
At the end of the day, I'm not faulting the hotel for the poor shuttle experience. But they should at least make people aware especially if a guest calls and asks them about this service multiple times.
