Noise reburbing off walls all night most likely pipes. Promised a comped room by customer service staff, was embarrassed and called a lair by gm. You, Travelocity caught hotel managemnt in atleast one lie regurding my stay. I think i got a whole 25 bucks back thst ive yetnto see

This place was very dirty and the rooms were the VERY basics, they didn't spare no expense on anything. The furniture was dirty. I took a Clorox wife to wipe of the chair and it was black afterwards. They promote the breakfast amenities, but for the entire week there were no muffins and when asked about it, they didn't care and didn't go out of there way to fix the problem. I was glad to leave

The staff were great. We had a rough start with our first night. We had to change rooms because our refrigerator didn’t work. We had checked in, brought in all our belongings, and gone grocery shopping, so we had quite a few things to move when we realized we needed to move to a different room. That was a difficult move as I had two kids with me and they were tired from traveling. Also it would be helpful if the front desk advised on check-in that we needed to let them know which kitchen appliances and dish ware we planned to use. That task required multiple trips to and from the front desk to haul what we needed back to our room. Again, with two exhausted kids in tow. The rest of the stay was very good once we were all set up. The front desk could also be more clear about what to do with garbage and towel service. Not a biggie to me as we kept the room pretty neat, but it seems off they didn’t explain this at check-in.

The only thing that was good is that it was next to a couple of good restaurants. The property itself was very run down, looked like it was a safe haven for displaced people.

The hotel was overbooked. They start taking guests at 3 in the afternoon for first come first room service, there was many of us who were turned down for a room.

Confirmed 7 day stay. We had to get our own kitchen dishes and pots and pans from front deck. Asked for coffee pot and toaster. I feel the room should have been set up for 4 people once the reservation was confirmed. Asked for sink plug they didn't supply any so used wash cloth. Other than that it was ok. Hard to find a hotel that's pet friendly, smoking and separate bedroom. Good location for us.
