The property has a good central location, however due to staffing shortages there were issues. We were checked in to the wrong type of room, and it had not been properly cleaned. The manager came to our room to resolve the issue, and she was great. However, the gentleman at the front desk acted like he was going above and beyond to get us into the correct room we had reserved. Only one person was working in the cafe, taking orders, bussing tables, and washing dishes. We felt sorry for her, as she was doing her very best, very kind, but completely Overwhelmed by a typical breakfast rush. Upon check out, the double doors to the hotel broke and would only open about 18 inches. The shuttle was dilapidated as well with broken down seats.

Because of COVID it’s pretty quiet, pool and gym not open and reduced menu at restaurant but the steak was good

Why clean the jacuzzi on a weekend? Didappointed

It was ok. Disappointed by fact I changed reservations to this hotel because it had a pool and jacuzzi... for my weekend relaxation. Annoyed. Finally saturated it was ok

Smelled like smoke

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
The room was a 'non-smoking' room but it smelled of heavy smoke. If it wasn't for the smoke smell, the room would have been great. The room however wasn't worth the costs.
