During your stay you’ll be conveniently located across the street from Lake Erie Beach Park that is open year round (there's an awesome view of the lake from the living room and back yard) and within walking distance of several restaurants! You'll also enjoy being within an hour's drive of Western New York's main attractions listed below!

*In regards to pets, up to two dogs are allowed as we understand the love for traveling with our fur babies too! In your booking details, please include information about your dog please. Due to the extra cleaning after pets stay and precautions we take, there is an additional pet fee due at booking of $125. Dog bowls and waste bags are provided. (If you are traveling with any other pets, please reach out for possible accommodations.)

**The backyard does have a fence border. The entrance to the backyard is through the side porch. There is a gate located in the shed to put on the porch to enclose the backyard.

**Please note that the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom is low. If you are tall, the downstairs bedroom will be more accommodating for you.
