Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and one reserved garage parking space. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. There is no elevator in the building, but however the good news is that there are two flights of stairs at most. Please let us know if you have restrictions so we can place you in the most appropriate unit. Property amenities include one covered parking space, free in-building washer and dryer, and convenient access to restaurants and shopping located across the street. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).
