Excellent, very VIP, no complaints . Room was large and like new, lobby was large and comfy with lots of places to sit...bistro and bar

Be Careful

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, but my personal property was missing from my room. I tried to report my missing property but no was on site that would take my report. I was told someone would call the following morning, when no called by the following afternoon I tried to make another report, this time I spoke with an Asst. Manager who had no time for me but said she would call me. She of course did not call me back. From the reaction of the staff, I gather this must be a regular occurrance at this hotel.

Hotel was average

Staff was friendly and the room was ok. The food in the lounge was terrible. The selection was very poor and it tasted worse.
