Jode's Retreat is conveniently located near the US Naval Academy (0 .9 mile) and the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium (0.4). We are also located 3 miles from the Anne Arundel Medical Center (convenient for traveling nurses).

3 bedroom, 1 bath, perfectly located, fully turnkey, all the comforts of home.

This very well-maintained townhome is very comfortably furnished and accommodates all live-in needs. With brand new beds (1 queen size, 1 full size, and a daybed and pullout trundle), the townhome sleeps 6. Each bedroom has a nice-sized closet to store your belongings.

The living room is nicely furnished with a television and cable tv. The dining area seats four. There is also a high table with two chairs in the kitchen.

The townhome is fully equipped with shampoo & conditioner, body wash (guys & gals), lotion, a hair dryer, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

The Kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked and ready to be cooked in. Includes a coffee maker, blender, mixer, and other appliances. The kitchen also includes a washer in dryer.

There is a small fully private fenced backyard with a grill. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Seemed like a good location but nope
Most of the neighborhoods in this vicinity are good, and convenient to downtown or the stadium. But the couple blocks where this property is located were sketchy and we felt unsafe. The bathroom was also dirty, hair on the floor and grime everywhere. Everything was shabby. We left early.

Rhonda has a great place. Everything you need is there and available. Our stay was great, comfortable beds, furnishings in kitchen and living room worked well. Place was clean. Felt very much at home. So thank you Rhonda for everything if we get back to Annapolis again we will stay at Jodes Retreat!!!!

Exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway!
This apartment was comfortably appointed and had everything we needed. Owners were responsive and clearly put a lot of care into making this a welcoming, homey place to visit. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, downtown Annapolis, and Naval Academy & St. John's campuses. Easy drive to many other places, including the metro if a trip to DC is on your agenda. Trip went by way too fast - would definitely stay here again next time we visit Annapolis!

Small townhouse, well stocked with everything you need. Nice walking distance to historic Annapolis and city dock. Front stairs are steep and narrow, so not good for carrying heavy bags or anything bulky. It would have been nice to have end tables in the living room for coffee cups.

199 Clay Street - Annapolis
Rented the place for Commissioning Week. It's a very functional space and the price is reflective of the accommodations. Convenience to the Yard and DTA is a huge plus whether walking or driving. Communication from the owner was less than ideal beginning with finding no notes on the place when we arrived. The email we received giving us the code to access the front door had all phone numbers for the owners blacked out. An email inquiring what day garbage pick up was took two days to receive reply. Had we experienced an issue with the place, having no phone numbers to call would have been problematic. Despite the way it's described, the back patio/BBQ area is not a usable area in terms of cleanliness and the dismal quality of the chairs/table. Parking was a bit of a challenge each day. Overall, the place worked well for us despite some of the challenges.
